Pomona prices: four homes publish rates
Only four of Pomona’s 10 homes publish a price. Those four list $675 to $900 a month, with a typical (median) price of $800, the same as the county-wide typical. Call the other six for rates, and ask each home what the rent covers.
Getting around without a car
Pomona is one of the better-connected cities in the eastern county. The Metro A Line extension to Pomona opened in September 2025, linking the city to Pasadena and downtown Los Angeles, and Metrolink commuter trains also stop in Pomona. Ask each home how close it is to a station if you will rely on transit for work or outpatient care.
